1940's: Lee Sparks moves to La Mesa from Oklahoma and begins an innovative and life-long passion for San Diego real estate. An early adopter of alternative dwellings (condos and manufactured homes), Lee's business partners all knew...his word was his bond. Eventually, Lee has 3 of his 4 sons (Ron, Sean and Peter) enter the family profession.
1980's Ron began his life-long real estate career as an agent in Santee, CA., where he sold his first listing for $83,000. He goes on to a diverse and successful management career as an executive at two of the ten largest residential real estate companies in America.
2000's: As a teenager, Lauren surprises her Dad by quietly obtaining her real estate license. She attends San Diego State University and earns a Business Degree with emphasis on Real Estate, then enters the business as a 3rd generation full-time Realtor after graduation. She goes on to win fame with clients (8-time recipient of the 5-Star agent award) and television networks alike (in recurring 'expert' roles on HGTV).
NOW: Father retires and becomes a consultative member, and Daughter carries on the innovative TWO SPARKS GROUP.
The orange color of the brand is symbolic of 'change'. However, like Lee Sparks before them, one thing doesn't change...high trust and innovation guide their real estate business.
